Come Along On Our Camper Adventures!

Pinnacles National Park

Friday we visited Pinnacles NP. A small park in comparison to most we have visited. It has 2 sides, not connected by a road. Pinnacles is a hiking park. Literally nothing to do except hike. The side we visited had an easy to moderate 2.5 mile hike that included a track through a cave. We decided to start with that one. It was very hot today with elevation changes throughout the hike. The cave was cool to climb though and the kids loved it. Pam was not so sure though and thinks there may have been a typo on the park pamphlet because this was no moderate hike in the blazing desert sun! Once we finished that hike in about 2 hours – we were all done. Joe could have probably done more, but he didn’t have any takers. His comment for the day “I love this kind of stuff!” What we did see of the park was beautiful!

I think they are getting tired of these pictures!
