Come Along On Our Camper Adventures!

Day 20 – Bryce Canyon

We hit the ground running early Friday for hiking and exploring Bryce Canyon. It was amazing and I‘m really excited now to see Grand Canyon in a couple of weeks. The vast differences between all the parks we have seen so far is beyond words. Bryce Canyon was all about the Hoodoos! We saw the Bryce Canyon Amphitheater both in the morning sun and at dusk and they were equally amazing. The desert heat had us hiking through the morning and heading back after a picnic lunch at 9k+ elevation on Rainbow Point. The kids rested and Joe worked while I had fun with 6 more loads of laundry in the afternoon. I seriously think everyone is producing more laundry on this trip than they do at home 🤦🏻‍♀️.

After dinner we headed out for ice cream and to check out Sunset Point. We were scheduled for a ranger led star program under the new moon but it was cancelled b/c of cloud cover. It was probably best… this mama was tired and cranky after a long day.
