We spent today in Nashville! We started out at the Country Music Hall of Fame. We didn’t get to see much b/c we happened to walk in just as they were starting a music writing session in the Taylor Swift Education Center. We walked in and spent 90 minutes with a Grammy Award winning writer with about 15 other people and wrote a song. It was a pretty cool experience and we all got involved. We toured one of 3 floors before heading out for some food. Luckily, it was cheaper to get an annual membership pass so we can try and go back tomorrow to see more.
We had a late lunch at Princes for Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches. Yum! Joe and the teenager ventured into the “hot” territory and they both said the sandwiches were definitely hot! Next up we headed to Goo Goo so the kids could create their own clusters, another Nashville favorite. By the time we were done, it was after 5 and the Saturday evening bar scene was kicking into high gear. Not as much fun with kids in tow 😂 plus our middle wasn’t feeling well so we called it an early day and headed back to the camper for the night.
Tomorrow is another day!
