Tuesday we had pre-scheduled a tour at Ben & Jerry’s, so we headed back to Vermont for the day. We love a good factory tour! It was a smaller factory and shorter tour than we thought it would be, but we all enjoyed cookie dough and ice cream samples and of course all picked our favorite flavors to order for a snack. We even grabbed a pup cup for Charlie! We visited the flavor graveyard before leaving which was cute. This was our daughters most anticipated stop of the trip and she said it was the best!
We headed to Stowe mountain and decided to take a gondola ride to the top. It was listed as a must do while in the area, but the cost and the overcast weather didn’t leave much for us to do up there so it was a little disappointing. The kids still thought it was a fun ride.
On the way home we drove through Smuglers Notch State Park as the storms were rolling in. We drove in and out of downpours the entire way back to our camper which led to a long drive.
