Thursday we started the drive to Canada knocking off about 4 hours and stopping for an overnight in Bangor, Maine. We got up early for breakfast at a local spot that came highly recommended, Polly’s Pancake Parlor. It was a great find and the breakfast was amazing! We went home with some pancake mix and maple butter spread. It will pair great with the gallons of maple syrup we purchased from Baird Farm last weekend!
Once we got to our new campground in Bangor we found out that there is a boil water advisory in the county and the electric at our site wasn’t working and was surging our AC. So we had to move sites (after we were set up – so annoying) and plans for laundry tonight were scratched.
Tomorrow we are planning an early start for our long drive day to head to PEI!
